Fee: $390, payable in 1 payment or in two monthly installments of $195.00. RSVP and secure your spot as soon as you know you are ready to commit, as there is a maximum allowable of 15 people. A second date during a weekday evening will be added should the Saturday group fill to maximum.

What to bring: Pens, pencils, journal, comfortable/flexible clothing & snacks.

What to wear: Clothing that you can easily move about in. Each session will begin with a focusing exercise comprised of movement, mediation and visualization
