Do I need a gym membership for this program?
No you do not. I can create customized programs to do at your home or at the gym. All you need for home is some dumbbells, mat, stability ball, and a flat bench. Training at a gym is more beneficial because there is more equipment.
Is this face to face or online?
This is an online training program. You will get a customized training program based on your level and lifestyle.
How long does this program last?

Will I get results?
Yes you will, you have to follow the program as to your best ability. If you put in 80%, you will get 80% results. If you put in 100%, you will get the results you want. How many times will we speak during the 10 weeks?
I will call you in the beginning to do a quick consult and introduction. We communicate by email throughout the 2 weeks. I touch base on Sunday of each week to see how the process is coming along. You are allowed 2 questions a week about the training or nutrition. I answer all questions within 12-24 hours.
