At The Workout Loft, we keep our classes small to give you a greater amount of personalized instruction.

This policy ensures you get the best possible workout regardless of your fitness level and experience. The instructors know your name, fitness history, fitness level, strengths and weaknesses. Come experience what it feels like to have your very own personal trainer... at a great price.

Class Descriptions

BODY SCULPT: Sweat it out in this high energy total body conditioning class, with aerobic and sculpting exercises.

PILATES MAT: A series of simple &challenging exercises designed to align, open and strengthen your body.

YOGA: Stretch, strengthen and realign your entire body by linking your breath to each pose

KICKBOXING: A fun filled hour of kicking, kneeing & punching, for a total body workout.
