At The Workout Loft, we keep our group classes small to give you a greater amount of personalized instruction. You will never do the same workout twice. The classes are generally 50-55 minutes long and have only 6 people in each class.

With all of our classes and training here, you get out what you put in. If you give 100% and eat a sensible diet, you will succeed.

This policy ensures you get the best possible workout regardless of your fitness level and experience. The instructors know your name, fitness history, fitness level, strengths and weaknesses. Come experience what it feels like to have your very own personal trainer… at a great price.
