At The Workout Loft, we keep our group classes small to give you a greater amount of personalized instruction. You will never do the same workout twice. The classes are generally 55-60 minutes long.
With all of our classes and training here, you get out what you put in. If you give 100% and eat a sensible diet, you will succeed.
