1. Establish your personal training goals through telephone, email, or virtual consult.
2. Sign Par-Q, liability waiver, and COVID- 19 forms.
3. Weigh in and nutritional assessment.
4. First session is to establish muscular imbalances and capabilities.
5. Second session is the start of a program that is specifically designed for you and your goals.
6. Bi-weekly weigh ins to keep you on track.
7. Nutritional support through email.
8. Train hard but smart and reach your goals!
