New to personal training and don’t know what to expect? Here is what to expect from us and what we expect from you.
1. Establish your personal training goals through telephone, email, or consult.
2. Sign Par-Q and liability waiver.
3. Weigh in and nutritional assessment.
4. First session is to establish muscular imbalances and capabilities.
5. Second session is the start of a program that is specifically designed for you and your goals.
6. Bi-weekly weigh ins to keep you on track.
7. Nutritional support through email.
8. Train hard but smart and reach your goals!
